All orders are made to order, and made and shipped within 14 days of the order date. On most occasions they are shipped within 5-7 days if stock is available 

All UK post is shipped second class at a flat rate of £3 for smaller orders and £4.50 medium orders and £4.95 larger parcel, as I ship With Royal Mail the prices of postage has gone up and I have had to adjust my prices for the time being.

International orders are shipped within the same time frame - International Standard at a flat rate of £12 small parcel and larger £15.

USA & CANADA £13 smaller parcel and £19 larger

 

UK Second Class 2-3 working days

Europe International Standard 3-5 working days

Worldwide Shipping 6-7 working days 

Although Royal Mail provides an estimated time of arrival, due to postal strikes at the present time, orders seem to be taking anywhere from 1 day - 3 weeks, which is something I cannot control at the time being. 

please take this into consideration when ordering, if something is needed urgently 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns/ exchanges are more than welcome if you are not 100% happy with your purchase - and within 14 days of your order arriving , drop us an email at badluckbridie@gmail.com or a message on Instagram to discuss the details in full.

Although as a small business I cannot offer the cost of returning the item back to me, which I hope is understandable. Once the Item is back I will refund you in full/ get working on the exchange!
